INGREDIENTS
1 | lb | Onions, halved and sliced |
2 | T | Vegetable oil |
3 | T | Brown sugar |
9 | oz | Cranberries |
2 | T | Redcurrant jelly |
1 | Cinnamon stick |
INSTRUCTIONS
Gently cook the onions in the oil and sugar for about 20 mins, until soft ad caramelised. Add rest of the ingredients with a quarter pint of water and seasoning.
