PLACE FOLDED DOUGH ON LIGHTLY FLOURED PANS; GREASE TOPS; COVER; CHILL 1/2 HOUR. BRUSH OFF EXCESS FLOUR; REPEAT ROLLING AND FOLDING PROCESS 3 MORE TIMES WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL BUTTER OR MARGARINE.
