ps cooked yams or sweet, potatoes puree 1 1/4 cups |
INSTRUCTIONS
sugar 1/2 cup butter or margarine -- melt 1/4 cup evaporated skim
milk 3 eggs 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 teaspoon vanilla 3/4
teaspoon lemon extract 1 9" unbaked deep-dish pie -- shell Preheat
oven to 350~. In processor combine all ingredients except crust.
Process until well-blended. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 50
to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and
