INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Butter, 1/2 stick
2 Onions, thinly sliced
1/4 t Salt
1/2 t Black pepper
4 Boneless, skinless chicken
breast halves 1 to
1 1/2 pounds total
1/3 c Heavy cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat., Add the
onions and saute for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the
salt and pepper then add the chicken. Cook the chicken for 5 to 7
minutes per side, or until no pink remains and the onions are tender
and golden. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream until
