INGREDIENTS

1/4 | c | Sugar |
3 | c | Bread flour |
1 | t | Salt |
1 | Egg | |
1/4 | c | Shortening |
3 | T | Powdered milk |
1 1/2 | c | Water, warmed |
INSTRUCTIONS
Put all the ingredients in order into the bread maker. Select the sweet bread/manual cycle for the breadmaker. Only allow it to kneed and rise one time. Grease hands and pinch off pieces and place on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Let rise until double.
