Dry Salami And Mushroom Bolognese

INGREDIENTS

8 oz Sliced Monterey Mushrooms
4 oz Sliced Dry Salami, minced
1 Yellow onion, chopped
3 Cloves garlic, minced
1 Italian parsley, chopped
2 T Fresh oregano, chopped
1/4 c Red wine
2 T Olive oil
2 t Salt
2 T Black pepper
1/4 t Dried crushed red chilies
1 12 Oz. crushed tomatoes

INSTRUCTIONS

In a blender place mushrooms, salami and next four ingredients. Blend
till finely chopped. Heat oil in large sauté pan and add mushroom
mixture. Sauté for 5 minutes or until liquids are gone. Deglaze pan
with red wine and reduce out. Add remaining ingredients; cook for 10
minutes. Pour over your favorite pasta and enjoy. Serves 4  Recipe by:
