INGREDIENTS

2 Unsweetened chocolate, 1 o
1 Butter or margarine, 1/2 c
1/4 c Milk, or 1/2 and 1/2 or ev

1 t Vanilla extract
1 lb Powdered sugar, 3 1/2 cups
1 c Peanuts, dry roasted

INSTRUCTIONS

Microwave chocolate, butter, and milk in a 2qt. microwave-safe bowl
for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes at MED-HIGH (70%) <see* below>, until
butter looks melted. Stir until smooth and choc. is melted. Stir in
vanilla; beat in sugar gradually until mixture is smooth and creamy,
but not crumbly. Sir in nuts. Pour into a buttered 8 inch square pan.
