INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/4 c Vanilla or peach yogurt
1/2 c Halved seedless green or red
grapes
1/2 c Cubed nectarine or peeled
peach
1 up to
2 t Lemon juice
4 c Purchased coleslaw blend
1 T Chopped peanuts or shelled
sunflower seeds if
desired

INSTRUCTIONS

In small bowl, combine dressing ingredients; blend well.  In large
bowl, combine all salad ingredients except peanuts; stir  gently to
combine. Pour dressing over salad; stir gently to coat.  Sprinkle with
peanuts.  CALORIES: 100     SODIUM: 130MG  CHOLESTEROL: 4MG     FAT: 6G
