INGREDIENTS
| 2 | t | Yeast or 1/2 a package |
| 2 | c | Bread flour |
| 2/3 | t | Sugar |
| 3/4 | t | Salt |
| 5 | Cloves garlic, minced | |
| 1/4 | c | Margarine or butter |
| 2/3 | c | Water |
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all the ingredients to the machine in the order listed. Choose eith regular or light crust (depending on your preference) and push "Start". NOTES : Great garlic bread. Serve with a spagetti dinner or a bar-b-que. This also makes real good sandwitches. Elizabeth Harbison says: You can brush the slices of bread lightly with olive oil and then broil them as a delicious accompaniment to your meal.
