Gazpacho Relish For Franks

Grains Relishes 6 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 Med. Onion
1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Sm. Cucumber, peeled
seeded and chipped
1 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/4 c Tomato Sauce
1 T Sugar
3 T Olive Oil
3 T Red Wine Vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all the above ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate until
use. Excellent topping for franks and sausages in toasted buns. Yield:
