    • Grilled Sourdough Topped With Texas Onion Butter

    INGREDIENTS

    1 Stick butter, softened
    1/4 c Chopped green onion tops
    Minced garlic to taste
    1 Loaf of fresh sourdough
    bread

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Blend and refrigerate to set. Slice sourdough bread approximately 1/2
inch thick and grill until grill marks appear. Spread onion butter on
