INSTRUCTIONS

In a smaller bowl combine "B" well. Combine wet and dry ingredients and fold together gently just until mixed. Spoon into prepared pan and press one cube of ham into center of each muffin. (or for bread, press into top of batter in strategic places; or shop the meat into smaller pieces and stir into the batter itself.) Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
