Ham With Maple Mustard Glaze

INGREDIENTS

2 T Vegetable oil
1 1/2 T Onion, minced
1/2 c Pure maple syrup
1/4 c Cider vinegar
2 t Dijon mustard
2 t Mustard seed
1/4 t Pepper
4 6-ounce country ham steaks

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine all ingredients, except ham, in a jar
with a tight fitting lid. Shake vigorously. Pour mixture into the
bottom of a glass baking dish. Arrange ham steaks in dish, turning to
coat. Bake 15-20 minutes or until ham is heated throughout and  mixture
