INGREDIENTS

1 lb Beef flank steak
1 Onion, chopped
3 Tomatoes, diced
1 c Sour cream
Salt & pepper
Barbecue sauce
4 T Butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut beef into bite size pieces. Melt butter; add meat & brown on all
sides. Add onions & tomatoes & cook until onion is golden brown. Stir
in sour cream, salt, pepper & one large spoonful of barbecue sauce.
