Home Made Hummus With Yoghurt And Lemon

INGREDIENTS

2 Garlic cloves
450 g Canned chickpeas, drained
3 T Tahini, sesame seed paste
1 T Plain yogurt
1 T Fresh lemon juice
1 t Ground cumin
1 t Olive oil
Some chopped parsley
Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Mince garlic and all remaining ingredients in a food processor until
almost smooth then season to taste.  Transfer the mixture to a bowl and
drizzle with olive oil before  sprinkling with cumin and parsley.
