God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

"Tolerance" gives me room to say, "I think you're wrong, but I'll defend your right to be wrong." "Pluralism" suggests, much more strongly than most folks admit, that there isn't such thing as right and wrong - and no such thing as truth and error. As it is practiced more and more in America, pluralism tends to require that you not only leave room for your neighbor to believe what he believes, but that you also refrain from disagreeing with it. There's a world of difference between the two perspectives. Tolerance promotes civility combined with clear thinking. Pluralism promotes civility combined with mushy-headedness.

I wonder how many believers today realize that faith is not merely believing that Christ died for our sins. Faith is also being confident that His way is better than sin. His will is more wise. His help is more sure. His promises more precious. And His reward more satisfying. Faith begins with a backward look at the cross, but it lives with a forward look at the promises

Tsouskes
Oil for frying peppers
1 lb Feta cheese

Tsouskes are hot spicy peppers. Of course the best is green long
peppers which grow only in Macedonia are extremely hot and very tasty.
You fry them in oil, you peel their skin and you chop them into very
small pieces. How many it depends on how hot they are and how spicy
you can eat. After, you cut about 1 pound of feta in to small pieces
and you mix it with the peppers. Add about 3 table spoons of olive
oil. Work all the ingredients with the fork until it becomes a paste.
Be careful: I said with fork. Not with food processor, not with
goudhi. Just FORK. :) You are all set. Enjoy with bread or crackers as
appetizer. From: Antonios Bouris From Gemini's MASSIVE MealMaster
