We Love God!

God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

If we measure our success as parents solely by what our children become, there is no inviolable guarantee in Scripture that we will experience absolute success on those terms…The true measure of success for Christian parents is the parents’ own character. To the degree that we have followed God’s design for parenting, we have succeeded as parents before God.
John MacArthur

The word “death” is used in Scripture to describe three experiences: 1. Spiritual death, or the separation or alienation of the individual soul from God (cf. Gen. 2:17; 3:3, 8-9; Eph. 2:1, 5). 2. Eternal death or second death, which is the culmination or eternal continuation of spiritual death (cf. Rev. 2:11; 20:6, 14; 21:8). 3. Physical death which is the temporary separation of the material and immaterial aspects of the human constitution (cf. Gen. 35:18; James 2:26; Phil. 1:21-24; 2 Cor. 5:1-8, 1 Cor. 15:35-58).

INSTRUCTIONS

Winter is the time for Chicken Soup. Wind and snow whipping around the
yard. Windows get all steamed. Write your name on the mist. Smells
that you will recognize in later years with a tug on your heart. There
is no soup as good as the soup Mama made when you were young. Regards,
June Meyer. Cook chicken in pot with water, skiming the scum off when
starting soup to boil. Place all the vegetables and spices in the pot.
Cook under a low flame until the chicken is tender. Remove as much fat
as possible. Strain soup and serve with broad noodles or LIVER
DUMPLINGS. Eat chicken on the side with TOMATO SAUCE or DILL SAUCE.
LIVER DUMPLINGS Mix all the ingredients together. A cusinart is great
for this. Drop into boiling water by the 1/2 teaspoonsful. Cook about
15 minutes or until done. If batter is too thick you can add a little
water. Drain and serve with soup. Serves a family. If you try one of
