INSTRUCTIONS
Place about 1 inch of water in a 10-inch skillet; bring to boil over
high heat. Add green beans; cook for 7 minutess or until crisp-tender.
Drain; toss green beans with olive oil, butter, salt, and pepper. Cook
over low heat for 2 minutes. Place on serving plat; top with parmesan.
NOTES : The simplicity of crisp, tender green beans becomes a real
delight when you top them with freshly grated parmesan cheese. Make
Ahead Tip: Cook green beans in advance; when tender, immediately rinse
with cold water to stop cooking. To serve, heat olive oil and butter
mixture in skillet. Toss with cooked beans until heated through.
