INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 | c | Flour |
1 | c | Water |
1 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | c | Vegetable oil |
1/2 | c | Unsweetened cocoa |
2 | T | White vinegar |
1 | t | Baking soda |
2 | t | Vanilla |
1/2 | t | Salt |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in an 8 or 9 inch square microwave baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl and stir into flour mixture. Microwave on High 6-7 minutes (until the cake tests done), rotating 1/4 turn twice. Cool for 10 minutes, then place on wire rack.
