INGREDIENTS
3/4 | c | Oil |
1/4 | c | Brer Rabbit Molasses, green |

2 | t | Baking Soda |
1/2 | t | Ginger |
1/2 | t | Cloves |
1 | t | Cinnamon |
1/2 | t | Salt |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix oil, molasses, egg and sugar. Sift all dry ingredients into above mixture. Blend thoroughly. Chill dough at least 1 hour. Roll into balls (about 1 tsp.) and then roll each ball in granulated sugar. Bake on greased cookie sheets for about 10 minutes; do not overbake. Use a 375 degree oven.
