INSTRUCTIONS
Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, liqueur, and extract. Blend in dry ingredients. Stir in nuts, chips, and raisins. Bake at 375 degrees F 10 minutes or until done. Makes 6-7 dozen. By the way, this recipe originally came from the net. It won a Betty Crocker cookoff (or something) for best recipe. The recipe as given contained 1 3/4 cups of flour but I discovered that the cookies came out too flat and crunchy so I upped it to 2 1/4 (the standard cookie amount) and I've had nothing but praise for them ever since.
