Orange-sesame Cake

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Whole-Wheat Flour
1/2 c Soy Flour
1 t Salt
2 t Baking Powder
1/4 c Sesame Seeds
1/4 c Whole Dried Egg
2 T Orange Peel, grated
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Margarine
2 T Shortening Or Margarine
To grease pan
3/4 c Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all the ingredients thoroughly, using the low speed of the
electric mixer. Bag mixture and close top securely.  Grease the baking
pan with margarine. 2. Blend water into the mix to  make a stiff
batter. Spread batter in pan and bake about 30 minutes,  or until it's
