INGREDIENTS

3 | c | Boiling water |
1 | t | Onion, finely chopped |
2 | 3ozeach lime jello | |
1 | t | Green pepper, finely |

1 | c | Pineapple juice |
1/2 | c | Cucumber, coarsly chopped |
1 | t | Vinegar |
1/2 | c | Celery, coarsley chopped |
1/2 | t | Salt |
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour boiling water on gelatin in bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in pineapple juice, vinegar and salt. Pour 1 cup of the gelatin mixture into 8-cup ring mold. Refrigerate until firm. Refrigerate remaining mixture until slightly thickened but not set; beat with hand beater until light and fluffy. Mix in remaining ingredients; pour on gelatin layer in mold. Refrigerate until firm.
