INGREDIENTS
2 | c | Cooked macaroni |
2 | Corn, drained | |
1 | c | Celery, chopped |
1 | Green pepper, chopped | |
3/4 | c | Red onion, chopped |
2 | Tomatoes, chopped | |
1 | c | Picante sauce |
1/4 | c | Salad oil |
1 | T | Lime OR lemon juice |
1 | Clove garlic, minced | |
1/2 | t | Oregano leaves |
1/2 | t | Salt |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine macaroni, corn, celery, green pepper, onion and tomatoes in large bowl. In a jar with a lid, combine picante sauce, salad oil, lime or lemon juice, garlic oregano and salt; shake to thoroughly combine. Pour over salad, toss and chill at least 3 hours.
