Whenever there is conflict, you should use email: 1. If there needs to be a record of the interaction. 2 If you are dealing with a conflict where the emotional level is fairly low. 3. If you can be gracious and not upset as you're drafting your reply. 4. If you're having an initial conversation to set up a phone call or face to face meeting to address things in more detail. Do not use email: 1. If you're in conflict with someone you've never met face-to-face. 2. Your emotions are running high. 3 If the email exchange has gone back and forth more than three times. INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 c Pasta, cooked & hot
1/2 c Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 T Butter or Margarine
1 1/4 c Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1 lb Ground Beef, lean
1 Onion, small minced
1 Celery Stalk, minced
1 1/4 c Spaghetti Sauce
1/2 t Oregano
1 Bell Pepper, sliced to rings

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350. Combine pasta, 1/4 c parmesan cheese, and  butter.
Mix well and press into 9 X 9 X 2 pan. Make sure it is up the  sides as
well. Top with 3/4 c of mozarella cheese. In medium frypan  combine
onion, celery, and ground beef. Cook until beef is browned  and
vegetables are softened. Drain fat off, add spaghetti sauce and
oregano, mix thoroughly. Spoon over pasta. Sprinkle with remaining
parmesan cheese. Bake 20 to 30 minutes until hot. Sprinkle with
remaining mozarella cheese and return to oven just to melt cheese.  Top
each serving with pepper ring for crunch. PER SERVING: 424 Cal.,  27 g
