Pasta With Red Pepper And Broccoli

INGREDIENTS

32 oz Fat-free chicken broth
1 t Lemon peel, grated
Black pepper, to taste
3 c Broccoli florets
1 Red pepper, oven roasted for
10-15 minutes cut in
strips
8 oz Angel hair pasta, uncooked
1 T Romano cheese, grated
Crushed red pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine broth, lemon peel, and black pepper in a large saucepan and
bring to a boil. Stir in broccoli, red pepper and pasta; return to a
boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring frequently, until pasta is
tender. Transfer to pasta bowls and sprinkle with cheese and crushed
