Pear And Cottage Cheese Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 large Pear halves 1 lb
13-oz. can
1 t Orange or Lemon rind
grated
1/2 t Lemon juice
1 c Mayonnaise, Hellman's
1 Carton, 8-oz. Cottage
cheese
Grapes, opt.
Salad greens

INSTRUCTIONS

Drain pears, reserve 1/4 cup juice. Blend reserved juice, grated rind
and lemon juice into Mayonnaise. Arrange pear halves, cottage cheese
and grapes on salad greens. Serve dressing on the side. Posted to
