Pepperoni Pizza Bread

INGREDIENTS

1 c Plus 2 tb water
3 c Bread flour
1/3 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
2 T Sugar
1 1/2 t Garlic salt
1 1/2 t Dried oregano leaves
1 3/4 t Yeast
2/3 c Sliced pepperoni
1 1/3 c Water
4 c Bread flour
1/2 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
2 t Dried oregano leaves
1 1/2 t Yeast*
1 c Sliced pepperoni

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in bread machine except pepperoni.  Add
pepperoni in when raisin/nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before last
kneading cycle ends Select basic/white bread cycle and use medium or
light crust. Yeast amount is correct although proportionately less
