INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 325øF. With flat side of large knife, crush garlic with salt to form a paste. Combine garlic paste with pork, onions, pepper and fennel seed in large, heavy Dutch oven. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours. Stir in tomatoes with liquid, celery, white wine and peas. Cover and bake 1 hour more or until pork is tender. Stir in peas. Makes 6 servings. A Message from our Provider:
“A thankful heart is one of the primary identifying characteristics of a believer. It stands in stark contrast to pride, selfishness, and worry. And it helps fortify the believer’s trust in the Lord and reliance of His provision, even in the toughest times. No matter how choppy the seas become, a believer’s heart is buoyed by constant praise and gratefulness to the Lord. #John MacArthur”
