INGREDIENTS

10 oz Tofu chunks
3/4 c water
4 Potatoes
6 Green onions
1/4 t Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute chopped onions in water only. Steam potatoes. Then combine
chunks tofu, 3/4 cup water, 4 medium potatoes, 4-6 onions (chopped),
1/4 tsp pepper in saucepan and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Season to
