INGREDIENTS
300 | g | Minced prawns |
1 | T | Minced garlic paste |

Trimmed lemon grass stalks | ||

INSTRUCTIONS
First make the sauce, boil the sugar and vinegar to a syrup then add the garlic, chillies and salt off the heat. Allow to cool. When cool add the coriander.
