1/2 | c | Firmly packed brown sugar |
3 | T | Vegetable oil |
1 | Egg, or 1 egg white | |
1/2 | c | Uncooked oatmeal |
1 | T | Firmly packed brown sugar |
1/4 | t | Cinnamon |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine part "A". Add part "B". Mix just until ingredients are moistened. Line 12 muffin cups with papers. Fill muffin cups almost full. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle evenly over batter-filled cups.
