14:12:51 +0100 (BST) Cook rice (I used a mixture of brown and wild
rice). Meanwhile fry onion and chopped chile pepper till soft. Add
flaked fish and egg and prawns, stir v. gently till heated through.
When rice is done add to fish, mix, throw in some herbs for the look
of the thing, and a big blob of butter if not dieting. Serve with a
plain veg. eg greeen beans (well that's what we have in the garden at
the moment). CHILE-HEADS DIGEST V3 #086 From the Chile-Heads recipe
