INGREDIENTS

12 oz Scallops
2 T Reduced calorie margarine
2 T Lemon juice
1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Worchestershire sauce
1/4 t Dried tarragon
1/4 t Dried basil

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat broiler. Place scallops in shallow baking dish. Melt
margarine, combine with remaining ingredients. Baste scallops with
half of this mixture. Broil 3 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Turn
scallops, baste with remaining sauce and broil 5 more minutes or  until
done. Each Serving: 194 Calories, 26g Protein, 6g Fat, 7g
