INSTRUCTIONS
Remove baking pan from large [2 lb] bread machine. Add to pan [in
order] water, skim milk powder, butter, sugar, salt, all-purpose and
whole wheat flours, garlic, basil and thyme. Sprinkle yeast over top,
making sure yeast does not touch water mixture. According to
manufacturer's instructions, choose cycle for powdered (or nonfresh)
milk. When baked, immediately remove pan from machine. Remove bread
from pan; let cool on rack. Per Serving: about 180 calories, 5 g
