INGREDIENTS

1 lb Crabmeat, Fresh
2 T Capers
1 Egg, well beaten
1 t Salt
1/2 c Kraft Non-fat mayo
2 T Skim Evaporated milk
1/4 t White pepper
1 t Dried dillweed
1 t Tabasco
2 T Calorie-reduced margarine
1/3 c Grated parmesan

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients except cheese; stir gently until well mixed.
Spoon mixture into 6 well-sprayed (with Pam) ramekins or into a 1
quart baking dish; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 deg. for 25-30
