INSTRUCTIONS
Bring vinegar to a boil. Add gelatin, reduce heat to low. Stir until
gelatin dissolves. Add flavoring. To use, brush on the back of
"sticker" and let dry. Great for rainy day lickin' and stickin'! NOTES
