We Love God!

God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

To take up God’s name in vain means any frivolous, or insincere, or thoughtless, or unsubstantial use of His name. It might mean irreverent humor which mocks God in speech, or mocks others with His name. It might be blasphemy or cursing or a broken oath, but it means more than that. It could mean professing faith in Christ, and claiming to be a Christian, and receiving baptism, and yet walking in worldliness.
Ligon Duncan

Personal revival begins when the believer faces his sin honestly. Though painful, only honesty with God and others will enable the Christian to walk in purity and power. The following resolves are not a formula but are required of every believer. 1. Repent of every known sin (Rev. 3:19). 2. Forsake all questionable habits and activities (Rom. 14:23). 3. Make right any wrongs between yourself and others (Mt. 5:23-24). 4. Commune with God in prayer and be personally instructed through His Word (1 Thes. 5:17). 5. Trust God to use you as His specially designed tool for revival in others (Jas. 5:19-20).

CATEGORY CUISINE TAG YIELD
Grains Chile 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 Ripe mangoes, peeled
pitted and roughly
chopped
1/2 c Chardonnay wine
2 T Fresh orange juice
1/2 Habanero or Scotch bonnet
chile seeded and finely
minced

INSTRUCTIONS

You can use pineapples if you can't find mangoes. In a blender, pure
the mangoes, wine, and orange juice until smooth. Strain through a
medium-fine-mesh strainer and stir in the habanero. Keep refrigerated
until needed and then serve warm. Note: Store this mojo in the
refrigerator for no longer than 2 or 3 days. This sauce tastes best if
not kept warm too long; the sweet topical flavor of the mango
diminishes if it is overcooked. If you prefer a spicier sauce, add
more minced chile-a little at a time-until hot enough. Yields: about
