Marinated Chicken With A Sweet Mango Dip

INGREDIENTS

1 150 gram car natural yoghurt
1 t Tomato pure
2 t Schwartz Medium Madras Curry
Powder
1/2 t Schwartz Garlic Granules
1 t Schwartz Coriander Leaf
450 g Boneless chicken breasts
cubed 1 lb
150 gram car natural yoghurt
tb Mango chutney
1 ts Schwartz Coriander Leaf

INSTRUCTIONS

~---------------------DIP---------------------------  Blend the yoghurt
with the tomato pure and spices. Stir in the  chicken. Cover and allow
to marinate for one hour in the refrigerator.  Thread the chicken onto
8 satay sticks or 4 skewers and place under a  pre-heated grill for
15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.  Mix the dip ingredients together
