INSTRUCTIONS
Cut watermelon into cubes; press cubes through a strainer or food mill
to make 2 cups juice. Combine watermelon juice, sugar, and rum in a
large bowl; stir until sugar dissolves. Add melon balls; tossing
well. Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight. SOURCE: Southern Living
