INGREDIENTS

4 oz Chicken
1 T Garlic
1 T Butter
Salt & pepper
3 oz Sundried tomatoes
4 oz Olive oil
4 oz Chicken stock
2 oz Spinach

INSTRUCTIONS

In saute pan add sundried tomatoes, garlic, butter, salt, pepper, and
olive oil. Saute for 2 minutes, add chicken in water for 3 minutes.
Add chicken stock and let reduce. Add chicken during reduction. Toss
