INGREDIENTS

12 Prosciutto, sliced paper
thin
24 Mozzarella cheese, finger
shaped
3 Sage leaves
2 t Thyme, or 1 tsp dried
2 t Rosemary, or 1 tsp dried
Freshly ground pepper
Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

PREPARATION; Finely mince all the herbs and combine with 1/2 tsp.
pepper. Cut each ham slice in half. With a paint brush or pastry
brush, lightly paint each mozzarella finger with olive oil then  dredge
in herb mixture. Roll each finger in a ham slice and serve.  Posted to
