INGREDIENTS
| 2 | T | Olive oil |
| 2 | Cloves garlic, minced | |
| 2 | c | Fresh mushrooms, sliced |

| 1/2 | pt | Heavy cream |

| 1/4 | t | White pepper |
| 6 | oz | Fettucine, spinach |
| 6 | oz | Fettucine, egg |
| 1/2 | c | Grated Parmesan cheese |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook, rinse and drain fettuccine. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and saute briefly. Add the mushrooms and saute for 4-5 minutes. Add the sour cream, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Heat through, then add the cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly. Add the Parmesan cheese and mix well. Serve immediately.
