Tomatoes 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

4 Tomatoes, red ripe
1/4 c Fresh basil, chopped
1 T Sugar
3 T White vinegar
2 T Chopped onion, fine
1/2 t Garlic powder
1/2 t Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the tomatoes in half crosswise, then squeeze gently to remove the
juice and the seeds; cut the tomatoes into cubes.  Place the cubes in
a medium-sized bowl and add the remaining ingredients; stir until  well
mixed. May be served immediately, but better after chilling,  covered,
overnight or up to 1 week.  Yield:  3 cup  Recipe By     : Source:
