Raw Vegetable Salad And Dressing

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Bean Sprouts, drained
1 Head Boston Lettuce
1/2 c Raw Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c Raw Cauliflower Buds
1/2 c Frozen Green Beans, cooked
and drained
1/2 c Water Chestnuts, sliced
1/2 c Radishes, sliced
Dressing-
1/2 c Wine Vinegar
4 T Cooking Oil
1/2 t Paprika
1 t "Fines Herbes"
1 Clove Garlic, crushed
1 t Cracked Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

FOR THE SALAD:  Mix all ingredients and serve with the dressing given.
FOR THE DRESSING:  Shake all ingredients in a covered jar and toss with
