INGREDIENTS

240 g Long-Grain Rice, 3 dl.
5 Deciliters Water
1 t Thyme
1 T Oregano
1/4 t Salt
1 Fresh Chives, finely
Chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, crushed or
Minced

INSTRUCTIONS

Rinse rice and discard water. Bring rice, water, thyme, oregano and
salt to a boil. Let boil covered for 40-25 minutes at low heat. Add
