steaks defrosted
250 g Tomatoes, skinned deseeded
and chopped 8oz
1 Green pepper, deseeded and
finely
chopped
2 Spring onions, finely sliced
2 Cloves garlic, finely
chopped
2 Chillies, deseeded and
finely
chopped
1 T Freshly chopped coriander
1 T Olive oil
1/2 t Sea salt
Grilled polenta slices

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook the salmon as per pack cooking instructions.  Prepare the salsa by
combining all the ingredients together until  incorporated  Serve
immediately with salmon and grilled polenta slices.  Converted by
