INGREDIENTS

2 lb Potatoes
2 oz Semolina
3 oz Flour
2 Eggs
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
Marjoram

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash the potatoes and boil. While still hot, peel the potatoes and
mash them. Add all the other ingredients and knead into a firm dough.
Form the dumplings. Drop into boiling salt water and let simmer for
about 20 minutes until the dumplings swim on top.  Posted to
