INGREDIENTS

1 c Cooked mushrooms
3 c Chicken broth
8 oz Tortellini
4 oz Fresh spinach, stemmed and
washed
Salt and crushed red pepper
flakes

INSTRUCTIONS

Bring mushrooms and broth to a boil. Add pasta and cook 5 minutes. Add
spinach and cook just until wilted. Season with salt and crushed red
