INGREDIENTS

12 Baked or boiled ham, thin
1 c Dry sherry
1 1/2 c Heavy cream
1 1/2 c Edam or gouda cheese
shredded

INSTRUCTIONS

Marinate ham in sherry in refrigerator for 12 hours, turning ham
occasionally.  Remove ham from sherry; roll. Arrange rolls in a single
layer in a greased shallow baking dish, placing loose ends down. Pour
cream over ham. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top. Bake in a moderate
oven (350 degrees) for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.  MARINATE 12 HOURS
